与U盘大于4G就行。你的问题是有其它程序占用U盘，导致格式化U盘失败

这个取决于路由器架构。如果是arm平台+512M虚拟内存，是够的，大概占用1.5G空间。其他平台不保证。

回复路由器型号，固件版本。
此问题明显是由过旧的固件/已放弃支持的官方固件所导致的。
