GT-BE96 国行

1、不定时断网，是所有设备都断，包括有线网络，无线(有线我接了PC、机顶盒，无线接了iPad和手机)
2、和电信那边要求换了光猫和光纤线，网线也换了
3、断网时，我能ping通BE96路由器和光猫IP，就是不能ping外网
4、断网后，重启96恢复正常，看日志会多了很多1月1日的日志，看不懂什么问题

日志出现1月1日的问题明白了

我昨天下午3点左右断的，晚上回家重启，7点10左右

看log其中一个与离得比较选，可以拉近一点。
在发生类似状况可以尝试登录路由器web页面，最左侧有网络工具，里面有ping外网功能，先确认路由器是否可以出外网。

趣玩路由

关闭IPv6試一下。
另外WAN link down/up不清楚是你手动在插拔网线是自己WAN口有问题。设为2.5G WAN试试

1、物理线昨天换了(但是上不了网，能ping通路由器和光猫IP，只是上不了网，应该不是线问题）
2、IPv6昨天也关了，今天早上就不行了，是否排除了IPv6?

但是今天还是会无缘无故断网

2、我是用的2.5G拨号的，光猫也是2.5G的。

这个时间段中，你的系统并没有吐出跟WAN有关的相关信息，顶多是“Aug 14 06:35:xx”这一区段个别无线客户端断连的信息。

你可以在下次问题出现的时候，进到GT-BE96后台管理页面，在Network Tool页，有个ping工具，你ping一下外网，看能否出网。能出网说明问题在客户端，不能出网问题在GT-BE96端。然后再重启，重启结束，GT-BE96连上网，你在GT-BE96后台管理页面点feedbcak，把填写的邮箱私信我。

好的，不过我是所有设备都不能上网，其他设备内部网都能ping通路由器和光猫，就是外网ping不通，只要重启光猫或者路由器任何一个就正常了，BE96之前我用的AX89X，同一个光猫和线，都挺稳定的，虽然也有掉线记录，不过都是几个月一次。BE96掉线期间，WiFi我没连几个设备，看日志就iPad还在连着，其他是没连的
