恢复是恢复，掉线断网后，重启路由器，就又恢复正常了，就是这样类似的事情会间接性出现。昨天刚换了个新 ...

不用保存日志,按照我上面是说的,插拔WAN的网线或者重启光猫看能不能恢复,不要直接重启路由器,除非前面两种方式不行再重启路由器,重启好了之后,路由器里面点问题反馈就行,不需要保存什么

好的，如果再遇到类似的话，我再试试。你的意思是先要排除是不是光猫的原因把。

你好，管理，刚才11点左右又出现了类似情况，上次也是差不多时间发生的，试了你说的，拔掉路由器网线重新插和关闭猫重开，都试了，都无法恢复，最后还是重启路由器才恢复网络，我再路由器中，已经提交了问题反馈，然后该怎么办？

路由器上网络的灯是红色的，系统内进去后是断开网络的显示。日志我已经保存下来了。

上面的操作,插拔网线和重启光脑的情况,你都是等一阵子了吧,这个要有一段反应时间的. 如果确认都不行. 那你会使用telnet或者ssh登录进路由器吗?  
在下次出现问题断网的时候,登录进去后依次输入如下几行命令把返回的结果贴出来:
ethctl eth0 stats
bpm status
bs /b/z
bs /d/bbh rgc1 WAN
