[已解决] 华硕Blue Cave 重启后无线网络丢失问题

我是Blue Cave用户,在每次“恢复出厂设置”之后(仅设置 PPPoE 的用户名和密码),家中设备都可以正常联网,但——

一旦重启路由之后,就会出现无法联网的情况。需要重新恢复出厂设置,再重新填写运营商宽带密码才可以。但是只要一重启,就会再也连不上,反复重启也不行

尝试过的固件版本如下,都有这个问题

官方最早版本:382.19063
官方最新版本:384.45708
三方版本:paldier R5.0.9

跪求大神们帮助

重启后完整日志如下,直到最后一步行日志后,路由无线网丢失。最后部分中日志中出现 Fatal Error in file: "TsManagerRecipient.c";  感觉与此有关?

Blue Cave升级至官方最新固件 -> “系统管理-恢复/导出/上传设置”页,勾选“恢复默认值,同时清除...”,点击“恢复” -> Blue Cave初始化完成后,执行“快速上网设定” -> 修改登录账密,输入PPPoE拨号账密,无线SSID和加密,这些根据指引都设置 -> Apply

Apply完成后,然后再reboot,观察看看还有没有你的问题。

通过(1)路由器后台恢复出厂+同时清除(2)物理长按reset,都试过了。复位之后,创建新网络,输入PPPoE密码,所有设备上网没有问题。但是一旦重启路由器,就是再次出现上述问题

在谷歌上搜索我的报错,看到有类似问题,是说esp32芯片的设备联网,会导致Blue Cave设备故障,https://esp32.com/viewtopic.php?t=10522,不知道如何解

你不是个例。我的Blue Cave也是,小米的儿童故事机(估计是esp32芯片)一连接WiFi,WiFi就出问题,只能重启解决。

为此专门注册了个论坛账号来反馈问题。

我最后发现也是小米设备的问题,家里的小米床头灯和米家压力锅。路由重启后,这两个设备一联网,Blue Cave就会挂掉,WiFi信号直接消失。各种设置折腾过,没啥用,最后挂了一个家里的老路由器,专门连小米设备。
