RT-AC86U有线经常断网Link DOWN，无线没问题

感觉要崩溃了，18年11月份买的，用了一段时间一直到19年5月份都没什么问题，最近发现情况越来越严重了，网线应该是没问题的，而且所有LAN口都有出现断网重连的，还会出现达不到满速的情况。网上搜索了下同类情况挺多，但是都没有实质性的解决方案，所以才来这里问问。

时常Link DOWN，Link UP，出现断网Link DOWN，无线是正常的，求解决啊。
