[求助] 新买的RT-AX82U,经常掉线,是质量问题还是配置问题

新买了俩路由,分别是RT-AX82U和RT-AX86U高达版,现在苦恼的是RT-AX82U不定期的脑抽掉线,电脑右下角的网络电脑图标变成地球无信号状态,然后过几秒钟又连上去了,抽风个几次好一段时间又抽一下,固件我也更新到最新,然后又回滚过,每次改固件都初始化了配置,还是一样。另外看日志都是eth3经常down down up,我3号口也没插网线啊,我看网上其他人其他型号的也都报这种故障。

请问一下楼主,问题解决了吗?我的RT-AX82U,iPhone11总是莫名奇妙的断流,手动重连一下就好了。一天能发生1,2次。重置了手机的网络设置也没用,别的设备都没发生过这个问题。

同问,我的也是iPhone11,配RT-AX82U,也是会断流,重连恢复,频率倒是不高,一周来个三四次。
